FAQ'S
WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
A Life Coach is someone who can support and guide you to define and achieve personal and professional goals. Whatever your goals are, a life coach can explore with you your strengths and any barriers holding you back. Together you can build a sustainable action plan to ensure your success.

A Life Coach cannot tell you what to do, instead they will provide you with tools, use questioning techniques and work on your mindset to provide you with clarity and empower you to find the answers yourself.

A Life coach is there is support, listen, encourage, and sometimes challenge without judgement or prejudice.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Most Life Coaches will advise an initial programme of 4-6 sessions. 4-6 sessions, allows time to define goals with clarity, explore strengths and any barriers, track progress, work on mindset and see results taking shape. Clients can then assess from there how they want to proceed and with what frequency.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
Sessions are led by the client and what the client wants to discuss or tackle. Depending on the life coach, they may suggest certain topics or tools they think useful to cover or explore.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LIFE COACH AND A THERAPIST?
Life coaching works with the client in their present and is typically action based towards moving forward. While a life coach may explore limiting beliefs with a client or look at techniques a client could use to manage stress or anxiety, they will not explore or look to treat past traumas or diagnose any medical conditions, nor are they qualified to do so. A life coach is not a healthcare professional.
